Do you know the Platinum Rule: Treat others as they would like to be treated. And we definitely liked the way we were treated.

When my husband decided to finally get bids, he ended up with 7 bids on our house. He investigated the information via reviews and even the BBB. Finally down to 2, Platinum being one of them. Then I overheard a friend giving Platinum information to someone else, stating they did his house and he referred them to 3 other customers in his neighborhood. I knew then, Platinum was the company to do our roof.

The cost was also 2nd best of bids. The sheet metal is cut on the job, no waste. Best products were used, my husband checked. MY husband stated to Roandy, that when they start the job, he wants them to stay until the job is finished, which was done. They came in on Monday morning and finished late Wednesday afternoon. The crew was awesome, they came in, went to work, never saw one of them not working. Each day was cleaned up and in order. I just can't say enough for them. Our new roof is BEAUTIFUL and yard same order as when the job was started. A very professional company. I even found out that Roandy is a local, he went to school in Lake Placid and now Licensed Contractor and Roof installation and repairs.
